The process adopts high-temperature and high-pressure methods. The center temperature of the processed material is ≥140℃, and the pressure is ≥0.5MPa (absolute pressure). ), time ≥ 4h, holding pressure for 30 minutes, the VOCs (volatile organic gases) gas generated during the treatment process, after multi-stage treatment, finally achieves the emission standard. The recycling and reuse of resources has been realized, and the entire process is fully enclosed. It is currently the preferred process for large and medium-sized rendering centers. Animal residues can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizers, and oils can be used as industrial oils (refining biodiesel, fertilizer slow-release agents and other industrial greases, etc.)
