PLC performs process control of automatic sterilization including: pre-vacuum, pressurization, heat soaking, exhaust and post-vacuum. The PLC monitors the working condition of the pressure vessel, thereby providing a safety interlock for the opening of the inlet and outlet openings. The control function can automatically operate different stages of the process of each system, can record real-time operating parameters to continuously monitor the operation of the system, and can support online problem solving/programming functions for system development and commissioning.
